HYBRIFLEX™ STANDARD - Trunk cable assembly for four RRHs

RFS Technologies' HYBRIFLEX ™ cabling solution for Remote Radio Head (RRH) combines optical fiber and DC power for RRHs in a single light weight aluminum corrugated cable, making it the world’s most innovative solution for RRH deployments. It was developed to reduce installation complexity and cost at Cellular sites.
HYBRIFLEX™ cabling solutions allows mobile operators deploying RRH architecture to standardize RRH installation process and eliminates the need for and the cost of cable grounding.
The HYBRIFLEX™ STANDARD Trunk assembly is part of the cabling solution for RRH’s. It consists of an armored part of length YY, a top breakout part to the RFS Technologies Distribution Box DB-T1-4Z-8B-0Z-03 or DB-T1-8Z-16B-0Z-03 and a bottom breakout part to the Distribution Box near the BBU. The Trunk assembly can be ordered in lengths from 10 m to 170 m.

One HYBRIFLEX™ cable, which can support 4 RRU and 4 pair of optical fibre for backup.

Traditional feeder cable 7/8” clamp and grounding kit can be used for the cable.

Solid mechanical protection for optical fiber and DC cables.

Comply with EN 50083-1/VDE 0855 defining a min of 16 mm² Cu equivalent for lightning protection .

A corrugated armor with excellent bending characteristics minimizes installation time and enables mechanical protection and EMC shielding

DC current rating 40A (at ambient 40°C)
